IBH - Cosmetologist

At The Spa at Inn at Bay Harbor, we are committed to providing a relaxing and luxurious experience for our guests. We specialize in nail and spa services that focus on wellness, beauty, and self-care. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team and help create memorable nail service experiences for our clients. *This position does not offer hair services, only nails.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments in a clean, safe, and relaxing environment.
• Perform nail enhancements (gel, acrylic, dip powder) and nail art as requested.
• Educate clients on nail and cuticle care, recommending appropriate spa products.
• Maintain sanitation and sterilization of tools and equipment in compliance with state board regulations and spa standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and professionalism.
• Support the spa team with creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology or Nail Technician license in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and attention to detail in nail artistry.
