- Starting at $2,500 Biweekly (8-12 hour Shift from Monday - Friday)

Requirements and Qualifications
- Operation management experience is a must
- Last Mile Delivery experience required
- Ability to organize staff and resources toward effective and efficient pursuit of objectives
- Outspoken
- Self motivated
- Goal achiever
- Loves and care about customer service
- Must be flexible with scheduling as it changes based on workflow
- Great computer skills (Excel, Google spreadsheets, Google drive, etc.)
- Able to lift packages (up to 50lbs)
- Willing to take background check (7yrs revision)
- United States work authorization (Required)
Responsibilities and Skills
- Lead your team through the constantly changing logistics environment in order to comply with the company's goal on safety and culture.
- Maintain all company and customer's systems updated
- Be open to to coordinate operations 24/7, after-hour calls when necessary.
- Coordinating pickups and be on top of scheduling, dispatch, fleet, and equipment.
- Reviews inbound volume and oversees sort and dispatch optimization.
- Coach drivers and dispatchers as needed to improve performance.
- Reviews and updates operational procedures as necessary and ensures they are communicated and understood by the warehouse associates.
- Tracks productivity and quality of performance by drivers and dispatch.
- Traces history of shipments to determine reasons for discrepancies between shipment dispatched and exceptions return. Recommends remedial actions to solve.
- Prepares work schedules and expedites workflow
- Report to Area Manager employee problems, incidents, and /or concerns that may impact the company
