Operations Supervisor Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Position Overview: ADL Delivery is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and delivery operations. This role combines hands-on physical work with administrative and driver support responsibilities.
Approximately 25% of the day involves manual labor, with the remainder focused on monitoring drivers, handling customer requests, and completing office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Break down, sort, and verify incoming wine pallets (cases 30–40 lbs)
- Monitor driver activity and report/resolve delivery issues
- Perform driver check-ins and support dispatch operations
- Answer calls and assist customers with delivery updates, PODs, and claims
- Research and resolve discrepancies (CODs, claims, documentation)
- Maintain organized files and operational records
- Support overall daily operations and team communication
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs consistently
- Computer Skills; Typing, Email, Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable working early morning shifts
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations preferred
