Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our events coordination team in Austin, TX. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and are eager to grow in the events or operations field. You will assist with event planning, coordination, and on-site execution to help ensure every event runs smoothly.
Responsibilities

Assist with planning and organizing event logistics including setup, schedules, and supplies.

Support event coordinators with staffing assignments and vendor communication.

Help manage event check-ins, materials, and registration areas.

Ensure that event spaces are properly prepared, organized, and maintained.

Provide friendly, professional assistance to clients, guests, and team members.

Track inventory, assist with equipment organization, and handle basic administrative tasks.

Collaborate with internal departments to support event goals and schedules.
Qualifications
