Responsibilities
- Manage daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and file documents in both physical and digital formats
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
