Responsibilities
- Represent clients across all stages of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate matters
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis and recommendations
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters and case strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements
