This highly visible leadership role works closely with senior leadership and provides broad exposure to all aspects of the business, including operations, customer relationships, team leadership, financial performance, and growth strategy.

Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support day-to-day business operations and long-term strategic goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth and business expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve efficiency, service delivery, and overall performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators, financial results, and operational metrics.
- Assist with budgeting, planning, and resource allocation efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, operations management, revenue growth, or a related leadership function.
- 3 years management or people leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence business results.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in operational, industrial, transportation, environmental services, logistics, construction, distribution, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Hawaii experience or knowledge of Hawaii's business environment is preferred.

Salary : $130,000 - $200,000
