Responsibilities

• Create and manage a pipeline of potential ventures for investment.
• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in emerging markets.
• Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with startups and entrepreneurs.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize innovative strategies to enhance sales and investment outcomes.
  
  

Experience/Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in venture scouting within finance or insurance sectors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high visibility.
• Strong understanding of emerging markets and investment opportunities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with startups and entrepreneurs.
• Experience in using pipelines to track and measure performance metrics.
