Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive client growth.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities and performance goals.
- Launch and optimize digital campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with founders, growth strategists, and creative teams to ensure GTM alignment.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for scale.
- Contribute to marketing playbooks and client deliverables with actionable insights.
- Facilitate training and share best practices with peers to raise team performance.
- Support client presentations, reporting, and strategy sessions as a trusted partner.
- 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or startup GTM roles.
- Proven success developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
