Once Approved, Deal Scouts
- Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
- Introduce deals to vetted investors and sponsors within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
- Participate in live transactions through curated introductions
- Earn transaction-based compensation when deals close
- Build a verified deal history and sourcing reputation on the platform
What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)
Approved Deal Scouts May Be Engaged To
- Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
- Submit deals that meet Initio Sphere’s qualification standards
- Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, size, economics, thesis)
- Facilitate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
- Support early-stage handoff into diligence and execution workflows

Compensation & Economics
- Compensation is success-based only
- Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000 per closed transaction
- Paid only after successful deal close and fee collection
- Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement
- No earnings caps for consistently high-quality deal flow
- Submit a Deal Scout application with background details
- Complete verification and deal-category approval
- Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
- Begin submitting qualified opportunities to the network
