- Lead the preparation and maintenance of advanced financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to support deal structuring and valuation
- Conduct in-depth industry research, benchmarking, and strategic analyses
- Manage live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements, coordinating tasks across analysts and associates
- Prepare high-quality pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
- Oversee due diligence processes, data room management, and transaction execution
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on modeling, research, and deliverable preparation
- Collaborate directly with senior bankers on client strategy, deal structuring, and execution planning
