Key Responsibilities
- Oversee trade capture, settlement, and confirmation processes for investment transactions
- Monitor investment activity, valuations, and portfolio positions to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile discrepancies between internal records and external custodians or counterparties
- Prepare operational, performance, and risk reports for portfolio teams and senior management
- Support onboarding of new investments and coordinate with fund accounting and compliance teams
- Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, or errors and propose solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audit and compliance purposes
