- Support the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
- Reconcile positions, cash, and P&L across internal systems, prime brokers, and fund administrators
- Assist with daily NAV validation, performance reporting, and investor-level analytics
- Coordinate with trading, portfolio management, risk, compliance, prime brokers, and administrators
- Monitor corporate actions, financing activity, margin requirements, and cash movements
- Help document and improve operational processes, controls, and reporting workflows
- Support audits, regulatory requests, and investor due diligence inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive workflows

- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
