Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build detailed financial and valuation models
- Support due diligence: financial, customer, product, technology
- Conduct market mapping and competitive research
- Assist with deal structuring and integration planning
- Prepare materials for executive leadership and the Board
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Econ, Business, Engineering, or similar
- Strong understanding of accounting, valuation, and corporate strategy
- Experience in IB, consulting, Big 4 TAS, FP&A, or venture preferred
