Description
At EOSOL, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for an international project in the energy sector.

Position Objective
Coordinate and oversee the receipt of equipment and materials from suppliers, ensuring proper traceability, document control, and compliance with the project schedule.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify equipment and materials upon arrival on site, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, packing lists, and technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper material identification, tagging, and traceability.
- Coordinate unloading activities, storage allocation, and internal material distribution to construction teams.
- Manage logistics documentation including delivery notes, inspection reports, customs paperwork, and material tracking logs.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and project stakeholders to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure material readiness aligned with project milestones.
- Identify, report, and resolve logistical issues such as damaged goods, missing items, or delivery discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of warehouse and laydown yard procedures, ensuring safe handling and storage practices.
- Track critical equipment deliveries and escalate risks that could impact project timelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports, including status of deliveries, inventory levels, and pending actions.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, HSE requirements, and company logistics procedures.
- Support material return processes, surplus management, and project close-out documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics coordination roles within industrial, construction, or energy projects (EPC experience preferred).
- Proven experience handling equipment reception, inventory control, and material tracking on site.
- Understanding of logistics workflows including shipping, customs, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to site.
- Ability to read and interpret packing lists, purchase orders, and basic technical documentation.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) for coordination with international suppliers and project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/inventory management tools (ERP experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected logistical challenges.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in site conditions.
