Structural Engineer (Highway Infrastructure Projects)

Description

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technician services (www.protecnium.com/en). We are currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team for highway infrastructure projects in The Woodlands, TX (100% Onsite).

Project: Multiple highway projects

Responsibilities

• Review and validate structural designs for highway projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide comments, recommendations, and solutions to optimize designs.
• Prepare technical reports and supporting documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in highway/roadway infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. codes, standards, and specifications, preferably with experience in the Southern/Southeastern states (e.g., Texas, Florida, Georgia).
• Familiarity with U.S. construction practices and project delivery methods.
• Proficiency with structural design/review software.
• Work permit/right to work in the USA.
  
  

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, ~40 hours/week.
