Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MarTech Developer to design, build, and implement data-driven marketing solutions across digital channels. This role is hands-on and focused on developing customer data integrations, supporting real-time personalization use cases, and enabling media activation through modern MarTech platforms. You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to bring personalized, omni-channel customer experiences to life.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Targeting Development
- Build and support marketing integrations used for targeting and retargeting across channels (social, search, display, video).
- Implement API and data integrations for media activation platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, DSPs, ad platforms).
- Develop workflows that support audience activation and campaign execution.
2. Real-Time Personalization Development
- Implement real-time personalization logic across web, mobile, and offline touchpoints.
- Integrate real-time data feeds such as behavior events, location data, and purchase history.
- Develop rules-based and machine learning personalization components using provided models and business logic.
- Support A/B testing and personalization experiments using platforms such as Adobe Target or Pega.
3. Customer Data Platform (CDP) Implementation
Data Ingestion & Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest, enrich, and activate 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-party data.
- Develop event tracking, identity stitching, audience building, and profile enrichment workflows in CDPs.
Cross-team Collaboration
- Work with marketing, product, analytics, and data engineering teams to troubleshoot data issues and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical implementation tasks.
Technology Enablement
- Implement use cases using Tealium, Adobe Target, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and related MarTech tools.
- Support CDP configurations in Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce CDP.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in MarTech development, CDP implementation, personalization engineering, or digital marketing technology.
Technical Skills:
- Practical experience with Tealium, Adobe Target, AEP, Pega, Kafka, or similar platforms.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL data stores.
- Experience building API integrations, event-data pipelines, and data orchestration workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with customer identity management, tagging, tracking, and data governance.
