Technical Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. The ideal candidate must be technically hands-on, capable of understanding complex architectures, integrations, and delivery workflows, while ensuring strong project governance and stakeholder alignment across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across onshore and offshore teams
- Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and closure with strong documentation and reporting
- Understand and contribute to technical discussions involving Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud components, and microservices
- Review API specifications, data models, and integration workflows to ensure quality and alignment with business needs
- Coordinate integration between Pega-based workflows and Customer Experience Platforms
- Work closely with architects and developers to identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and status updates with clarity and confidence
- Facilitate team collaboration, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery timelines are met
- Own scope, sprint planning, dependency management, and change control
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance
- Negotiate delivery timelines and priorities with business and client partners
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years as a Technical Project Manager
- Strong technical foundation in:
- Java & Spring Boot
- REST API design and integration patterns
- Database concepts, tables, and SQL queries
- Middleware and enterprise integration tools
- Experience working with Pega applications and Customer Experience Platforms
- Proven ability to lead distributed agile teams across multiple time zones
- Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder leadership capabilities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Agile PM certification
- Experience in multi-region delivery programs
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience in Service Delivery Management or account-facing roles
