JOB TITLE: Service Logistics CoordinatorJOB LOCATION: Redwood City, CA (Onsite Position)Contract Duration: 06 months JOB DESCRIPTION:The Service Logistics Coordinator is responsible for delivering results by interacting with both Internal and External customers, resolving requests in a timely fashion from quotes, orders, shipments, inventory, returns and services. Assisting the Americas field and other teams in their day-to-day on specific administrative activities that have a direct impact on the revenue goals. This position is part of the Service Logistics & Administration Team and will be located in Redwood City Office. Advance human wellness through the power of precise Science. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:• Follows established service quality standard and meet processing times in accordance with departmental standards and protocols and apply the Danaher Business System in everything you do to create update and document standard work for continuous process improvement.• Work with other departments to find solutions for both internal and external customers regarding a large variety of topics. The essential requirements of the job include:• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve requests, including processing Priority 1 and other orders, quotations, service requests, pricing, product availability, order status, billing questions, complaints, returns, and cancellations.• Conduct and record Field Service Engineer physical inventory results accurately.• Manage daily operations by preparing and maintaining reports (daily/weekly), monitoring KPIs, handling returns and drop shipments, overseeing back-order status, and scheduling shipments.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process enhancement opportunities, implementing best practices, and sustaining improvements aligned with business objectives.• Perform other related duties as required or assigned to support business needs. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:• 2 years of successful experience in heavy volume Call Center, Customer Service and/or Service Administration role.• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio). SFDC, and Oracle preferred.• This position requires repetitive typing, considerable interaction on the telephone and regular viewing of multiple computer monitors.
