This role requires versatility in writing styles, from informative product copy to engaging digital content, always aligned with our brand voice.Major duties:Collaborate with content and creative leads, designers, and cross-functional teams to produce digital, video, and print materials.Write and edit copy for diverse marketing assets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.Review and apply insights from Value Proposition Documents (VPDs) and other strategic documents to ensure all copy aligns with product positioning and launch objectives.Adapt writing style to suit different formats (brochures, web, video scripts, etc.).Maintain and update product listings across web, media, print, and internal platforms.Collaborate actively in our online project management system; manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Incorporate feedback and revise copy as needed, following a robust review process.Ensure all content meets company standards for quality and brand integrity. Top Must Haves:7-10 years of professional copywriting experience, demonstrated through an online portfolio.Proven ability to write for a variety of marketing formats (brochures, web, email, video scripts, etc.).Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively.Demonstrates initiative by proactively exploring available internal and external resources—such as Sales Manual product information, the company website, and historical marketing materials—to build a deep understanding of product features, customer value propositions, and industry context.Experience working in online project management systems (Workfront preferred).Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with stakeholders.Expertise in Microsoft Office software; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and other creative/business software.Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Quick learner—able to get up to speed on industry, products, and business software.
