What are the responsibilities and job description for the Silicon Design Engineer position at Infotree Global Solutions?
This role supports the Memory I/O design team, focusing on high-speed I/O circuit development and DDR IP implementation.
The candidate will drive SPICE-based circuit simulations, build SystemVerilog behavioral models (including RNM), and analyze data using TCL/Python.
Responsibilities include simulating analog/mixed-signal blocks (TX/RX, CTLE/DFE, DLL, DAC, OpAmp, regulators), creating modeling collateral, improving design and verification flows, and contributing to tool/scripts enhancements. Success requires strong transistor-level circuit understanding, HSPICE/Spectre expertise, Linux workflow familiarity, and solid documentation/communication skills.
Preferred candidates bring experience in high-speed I/O design, verification flows, and the ability to navigate RTL/FW to support custom circuits.
