Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Integration Developer to support a large-scale, global workforce management implementation focused on payroll and timekeeping systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing integrations using Boomi and working with UKG Pro WFM and Kronos integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own integration development from requirements gathering through deployment support.
• Collaborate with developers and configurators to design and implement integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Boomi.
• Prepare technical design documents and project documentation.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams supporting a global rollout.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of UKG Pro WFM experience.
• 3–5 years of Boomi integration development experience.
• Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
• Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or multinational implementations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
