Hiring: IT Support Specialist

📍 Nashville, TN


Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Apple/macOS and Windows hardware and software.
  • Manage laptop imaging, deployment, and MDM tools (JAMF, NinjaOne, AirWatch).
  • Provide AV support for meetings, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Administer Okta, Google Workspace, and end-user software.
  • Handle IT help desk tickets, hardware/software inventory, and knowledge base updates.

Required Skills: macOS, Windows, JAMF/MDM, AV support, basic networking, ITIL service desk tools, and Confluence.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
