Parts Planning and Establishment Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Parts Planning and Establishment Analyst! This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who have a passion for automotive parts, supply chain operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain service parts data in FAST 2000 parts catalog system

• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, warehousing, vendors, and marketing teams

• Interpret CAD data, technical drawings, and photos for catalog optimization

• Resolve catalog inquiries and technical issues for dealers and customers

• Apply coding for parts restrictions, supersessions, and service files

• Support internal and external customers with service parts solutions

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (related field preferred)

• Internship or hands-on experience with automotive parts/service preferred

• Ability to identify vehicle parts and understand automotive nomenclature

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in sales, marketing, or service parts is a plus
