Summary:
Responsible for supporting the production of TCR-T, CAR-T, and allogeneic cell therapy products in a cGMP-compliant environment. Ensures manufacturing readiness, executes cleanroom operations, and supports technology transfer and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support GMP readiness, including equipment and facility qualification and technology transfer
- Perform cleanroom manufacturing operations following cGMP, safety, and quality standards
- Set up and operate automated cell therapy processing equipment
- Assist in developing SOPs and maintaining documentation
- Manage materials, inventory, and equipment availability for production
- Collaborate with Process Development and MSAT teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and provide operational updates
- Support deviations, investigations, and project-based tasks
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in cell therapy or biologics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, CMC regulations, and aseptic techniques
- Experience with cell therapy equipment (e.g., Sepax, Sefia, Finia, Nucleocounter) preferred
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
