Job Summary for JAVA Lead (Charlotte, NC – Onsite)
- Lead and manage a team of 7-8 members on project deliverables.
- Responsible for planning, guiding, and originating project tasks and solutions.
- Utilize strong hands-on experience in Java development.
- Apply advanced database (DB) and SQL skills for backend operations.
- Develop and maintain UI/frontend components using React, Angular, and NodeJS.
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code through hands-on contribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
- (Nice to Have) Work with Python/Python scripts (6 years preferred, not mandatory).
- (Nice to Have) Bring experience or understanding of financial industry domains.
- Participate in a 90-minute in-person or Webex interview with a 3-4 person panel (personal and coding questions; AI tools not permitted during interview).
