Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced System Administrator to support and maintain the NC Ports IT infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring the availability, security, and performance of Windows servers, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity systems supporting 24/7 port operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory.
Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi, Cisco UCS, and NetApp storage.
Support SCCM/MECM endpoint management.
Perform security patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
Manage backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell/PowerCLI.
Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot system issues.
Maintain technical documentation and follow change management processes.
