📍 Cary, NC (Hybrid)

We’re hiring a Customer Account Management Specialist (MS Excel) for the Healthcare Diagnostics division. This hybrid role is based in Cary, NC, with in-office work Tuesday–Thursday and remote work Monday & Friday.
🕒 Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full order-to-delivery process for assigned customer accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and fulfillment
- Serve as the primary contact for customer order inquiries via phone and email
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, marketing, and production teams
- Monitor dashboards and reports to track order status and delivery performance
- Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for orders, accounts, and customer interactions
- Support process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, account management, or supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain principles
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or the medical device industry
- Ability to understand and communicate complex healthcare products/services
- Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements
