Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 32-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative, patient-focused environment with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, competitive compensation, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and partial relocation assistance.
The ICU cares for patients with a wide range of critical conditions, including respiratory failure, cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, sepsis, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), and other complex medical conditions. Sign-On Bonus & Relocation

Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico RN License required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience required
- Candidates relocating must be available to start within 30–45 days required
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Foster a collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment.
