Registered Sonographer – Mobile Ultrasound
Location: Omaha, NE 68102
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | On-Call Required | Weekend OT as Needed
Pay: $40–$50/hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
Join a leading mobile diagnostics team providing high-quality ultrasound services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other care settings throughout the Omaha area. A company vehicle is provided, offering flexibility, independence, and competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- Perform portable general and vascular ultrasound exams.
- Travel to assigned facilities using a company vehicle.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and transmit them for radiologist interpretation.
- Verify physician orders and patient identification before each exam.
- Complete documentation and communicate with dispatch and healthcare staff.
- Maintain company vehicle and ultrasound equipment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- ARDMS or CCI Certification (Required).
- General & Vascular credentials required (RVT or RVS minimum).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
