REQUIREMENTS:
1 Year of Experience as a Pathologists’ Assistant
PA(ASCP) Certified
OR
Eligible for PA(ASCP) and must obtain certification within 12 months after hire
PA(ASCP) Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Biological or Health Sciences
Completion of a NAACLS-Accredited Pathologists’ Assistant Program
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Grossing & photographing specimens
Assisting with frozen sections
Supporting Anatomic Pathology operations
Administrative & protocol support duties
- IMPORTANT:
Candidates should currently be working as a Pathologists’ Assistant with solid recent experience and stable work history.
