Role Overview
Seeking a Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Google Cloud Platform cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a Business platform. This role will support end-to-end deployments across multiple environments and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision and manage Google Cloud Platform services including Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud CDN, Cloud Armor, VPC, and Private Service Connect.
- Deploy and manage Next.js applications for both SSR and SPA architectures.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines or similar tools across DEV, STAGE, PRELIVE, and PROD environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi.
- Configure security controls including Imperva WAF, TLS certificates, Secret Manager, and Cloud Armor policies.
- Manage Docker-based deployments, Artifact Registry, and Cloud Run traffic management.
- Configure monitoring, alerting, logging, and notification workflows.
- Support IAM, Service Accounts, Workload Identity Federation, and secure networking configurations.
- Configure and manage Apigee API Gateway integrations.
- Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
- Experience with Cloud Run, Docker, Artifact Registry, and CI/CD tools such as Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of Cloud CDN, Cloud Armor, Load Balancing, TLS, and Google Cloud Platform networking concepts.
- Experience with IAM, firewall rules, Private Service Connect, and secure cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with Next.js deployment patterns (SSR and SPA).
- Experience with Apigee API management.
- Good scripting and automation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Imperva WAF.
- Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- Familiarity with Cloud Functions, Cloud Workflows, or AWS environments.
- Experience supporting multi-brand or white-label platforms.
