AEM Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AEM Developer to help build and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform that delivers dynamic content to enterprise applications. The role involves developing scalable content models, GraphQL-based content delivery, and API integrations to support multiple brands and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain AEM content models, schemas, and reusable content structures
  • Create and manage AEM Content Fragments for legal content, disclosures, promotional messaging, customer notifications, and verification messaging
  • Develop GraphQL persisted queries to enable efficient and scalable content delivery
  • Configure and support integrations with API Gateway platforms such as Apigee or AWS API Gateway
  • Support multi-brand and future multilingual content delivery requirements
  • Work closely with business, legal, and compliance teams to manage content workflows and approvals
  • Implement content versioning, publishing controls, and rollback capabilities
  • Optimize CMS performance through effective caching and delivery strategies
  • Collaborate with frontend teams integrating AEM content into React-based applications

Required Skills

  • 4 years of Adobe Experience Manager development experience
  • Strong experience with AEM Headless CMS, Content Fragments, and GraphQL APIs
  • Good understanding of content modeling and taxonomy design
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-brand AEM environments
  • Familiarity with API integration and content delivery patterns
  • Knowledge of caching and CMS performance optimization strategies
  • Experience with content workflows and publishing processes

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and AEM Edge Delivery Services
  • Exposure to React applications consuming AEM content APIs
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Adobe AEM certification is a plus
