Role Summary
Responsible for supporting the technical architecture, infrastructure setup, and system integration for credit card platforms, ensuring connectivity, scalability, and alignment with control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure design and system setup for credit card platforms
- Ensure end-to-end system connectivity across multiple applications and platforms
- Identify and address backend gaps and missing components
- Support integration of customer support portal and backend systems
- Align system implementation with control and regulatory requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure critical infrastructure resources are effectively utilized
- Assist in building scalable and reliable data and system architecture
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in banking or fintech technology environments
- Strong understanding of system integration and infrastructure architecture
- Knowledge of data flows, APIs, and backend systems
