About the Role
We are seeking a Credit Product Specialist with strong experience in credit cards or consumer lending products to support the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end product features. This role will play a key part in onboarding, account lifecycle management, and customer experience, while ensuring alignment across business, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of credit card product features and lifecycle design
- Manage and optimize customer onboarding and account management frameworks
- Create, review, and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in credit product launch, including legal and compliance considerations
- Partner with execution teams on prioritization, feature controls, and guardrails
- Define backend data requirements (data capture, storage, and usage)
- Establish customer communication flows (notifications, alerts, servicing journeys)
- Coordinate integration with customer support platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth product delivery
- Support product build activities aligned with overall product strategy and roadmap
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in credit cards or consumer lending products (must-have)
- Strong understanding of onboarding, servicing, and account lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience creating and managing PRDs
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Compliance, Risk)
- Strong analytical mindset with exposure to data and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against product roadmaps and business goals
