We’re hiring a compassionate and skilled RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) for a full-time permanent opportunity.

📍 Location: Mattoon, IL

💼 Position Type: Full-Time Permanent

💰 Hourly Pay: $37.23 – $57.71 (Based on Experience)

🌙 Shift Differential: $4.00 nights

📅 Weekend Differential: $2.00 (stackable)

🎁 Sign-On & Relocation: Discussed during interview

⏰ Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

🧪 Role Overview

• Provide care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum

• Monitor fetal and maternal health

• Collaborate with OB team to ensure safe delivery outcomes

🔧 Responsibilities Include

• Monitoring labor progress and fetal well-being

• Assisting with deliveries and emergency situations

• Administering medications and treatments

• Educating patients and families

• Maintaining accurate documentation
