Interventional Radiology Tech (Travel Assignment) – Florence, SC

Position Overview:
Join a busy Interventional Radiology unit where you’ll support minimally invasive procedures and advanced imaging cases. This role is ideal for techs who enjoy a steady caseload, structured schedule, and hands-on clinical work.
Compensation: $2,800/week gross ($39/hr (W2) $1,240/week tax-free per diem)
Schedule:
- Duration: 13-Week Contract
- Shift: Day Shift (Mon–Fri) | 5x8-hour
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- On-call: Rotating (shared with team)
- Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
Facility Highlights:

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with general Interventional Radiology procedures
- Work with imaging modalities including CT/Ultrasound-guided interventions
- Maintain sterile technique and follow radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and radiology team for patient care
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year IR Tech experience
- ARRT (R), BLS, and SCRQSA certification required
- Experience with general IR cases (Neuro IR a plus)
- Must provide your own radiation badge
- First-time travelers welcome
Important Notes:
- Facility may cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks
- Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June–November)
- All time-off requests must be submitted upfront
