Duration - 3 - 6 months with possible extension
Job Description:
- Highlighted are must/fundamentals.
- Some profiles may be involved in Netscout Operations
- Supported the Netscout application for 3 years
- Detail understanding of all components of the Netscout environment
- Advanced knowledge of the traps and traffic monitored by NetScout relating to Voice, Video, Wifi and Network traffic
- The ability to create &. support dashboards for all verticals in the tool
- Train and develop other engineers to support the application.
- Knowledge of the equipment models
- Define and manage software upgrades
- Provide environment improvement recommendations
- Onboard new services and verticals to Netscout
