The candidate must be bilingual in Japanese and English, and responsible for maintaining relationships with overseas (Japanese) potential and existing clients.Essential Duties (Unofficial)Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.Business Development: Identify and acquire new corporate clients by understanding their financial needs and presenting tailored banking solutions.Sales Execution: Promote and cross-sell the banks products and services, including credit facilities, treasury management, deposit accounts, and other corporate banking solutions.Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring compliance with the banks policies and regulatory requirements.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic developments to provide clients with informed financial guidance.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including credit, risk, and operations, to deliver seamless and customized services to clients.Overseas Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas (Japanese) potential and existing clients, serving as a liaison to ensure their needs are met.
