Overview:
Seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote support for end-users, covering installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desk-side and remote support for desktops, laptops, and thin clients.
- Install, patch, and troubleshoot Windows 7/10, Office 2019, and Office 365.
- Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Windows networking (TCP/IP).
- Support Microsoft Active Directory (client-side), printers, and Apple devices (iPhone/iPad).
- Install and troubleshoot in-house and third-party software.
- Manage hard drive encryption (BitLocker/McAfee).
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4 years’ experience in desktop/laptop support, Windows OS, and Office troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and remote support tools.
- Experience supporting Active Directory, BitLocker/McAfee encryption, and Apple devices.
- Preferred: Experience with Google Workspace and system registry modifications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training.
- Certifications: A , Network , MCP preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
