Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong HRIS and business analysis experience to support a large-scale Workday HCM implementation for 70,000 state employees, replacing PeopleSoft HCM. This role will focus on HR systems integrations, data conversion, benefits administration, and may support modules such as Compensation, Learning, Talent, and Core HR.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve data conversion and integration issues.
Support system maintenance, enhancements, and Tier-2 user inquiries.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Contribute to testing, documentation, and overall project delivery.
Required Skills:
Strong data analysis abilities.
Proven experience with complex HRIS integrations.
Workday environment experience (large-scale preferred).
Advanced Excel/SQL/data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
4 years of HRIS implementation/administration experience.
Direct experience with large-scale data conversions.
Preferred:
Workday Benefits administration.
Large-scale HR integrations.
PeopleSoft HCM experience.
