Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Epic Clin Doc Analyst to provide build, support, and maintenance for the Epic EHR across nursing, therapies, behavioral health, and long-term care workflows. Role includes participation in weekly on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities
Support and configure Epic Clin Doc, including Nursing, PT/OT/SLP/Rehab, BH, and LTC workflows
Collaborate with clinicians to gather requirements and document workflows
Perform system testing, validation, upgrades, and go-live support
Provide training and at-the-elbow support for end users
Troubleshoot and resolve issues via ServiceNow
Ensure regulatory and documentation compliance (CMS, Joint Commission)
Work with other Epic teams (Orders, HIM, Identity) to maintain integrations
Required Skills
Epic Clin Doc Certification – 7 years
Epic implementation/operational support – 7 years
Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows – 7 years
Epic configuration & workflow analysis experience – 7 years
Epic Behavioral Health (BH) or Long-Term Care (LTC) certification – Highly preferred (3 years)
Prior Epic Clin Doc Analyst/Builder in healthcare – 7 years
Salary : $90 - $100
