Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support bridge records research and documentation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Research and collect bridge-related records and documentation.
- Review information from multiple systems and archived files.
- Scan, organize, index, and maintain electronic documents.
- Convert legacy files into PDF format.
- Audit records for completeness and accuracy.
- Document missing information and research findings.
- Track daily production and assist with reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with document management, records management, data entry, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Salary : $18 - $20
