Job Title: Tableau Administrator
Location: Hartford, CT

Required Experience:
- An experienced professional with 5 or more years of prior experience demonstrating the following knowledge and skills:
- Experience with Tableau Cloud administration and supportExperience with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and the impact of different design decisions.
- Ability to apply best practices.Experience with dashboards and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with Azure SQL Database or similar relational databases.
- Experience with user management including new user setup, user deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and other routine tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem solving around issues such as user access, declarative logic, business requests, Environment management, and backup solutions.
- Comfortable engaging and escalating issues to Salesforce
- Must be very organized, pro-active and self-directed. Must be self-starter and driven.
- Must Drive the work from requirements to implementation.
- Must have very strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
- Work with the Salesforce Architect to establish best practices.
- Work with management to supply input for key design and architecture decisions, as well as work estimation and resource planning.
- Provide guidance and training to team members.
Salary : $70 - $75
