We're hiring Customer Sales and Service Representatives to join our growing team in Secaucus, New Jersey. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training, designed for individuals who want to develop in sales, marketing, and leadership—no prior experience required.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent top telecom clients through in-person customer engagement in retail settings
- Promote products and services, provide solutions, and assist with purchases
- Deliver excellent customer service while building lasting relationships
- Assist with account management and follow-ups
- Participate in team meetings, leadership training, and development sessions
- Support the team in achieving weekly sales and service goals
