💡 Here's what you need to know about this Entry Level Sales Representative role:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and inspection to proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation
• Present value-driven proposals that align with customer needs, timelines, and budgets
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development sessions to continuously improve performance
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining a high standard of integrity and customer service
• Track pipeline and follow up consistently within our CRM
• Work closely with leadership and project teams to ensure smooth execution
