What You’ll Do:
- Complete hands-on training to develop a strong understanding of solar and home improvement solutions as a Sales Account Specialist.
- Engage directly with customers in a professional, approachable manner, using consultative sales techniques to provide solutions.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial conversation through enrollment.
- Ensure clarity, transparency, and confidence at every step.
- Educate customers on product features, savings opportunities, and service details.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism while representing the company.
- Work closely with the Sales Account Specialist team members to improve performance, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented culture.
- Address customer questions or concerns with care, using problem-solving skills to deliver a smooth and positive experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in sales, account management, client relations, customer service, home improvement, or solar is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay composed and professional.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
