We're hiring Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team in North, New Jersey. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training, designed for individuals who want to develop in sales, marketing, and leadership—no prior experience required.
What You’ll Do:
Represent top telecom clients through in-person customer engagement in retail settings
Promote products and services, provide solutions, and assist with purchases
Deliver excellent customer service while building lasting relationships
Assist with account management and follow-ups
Participate in team meetings, leadership training, and development sessions
Support the team in achieving weekly sales and service goals
We do NOT participate in door to door sales
