The Handyman will provide versatile property maintenance and repair services across both commercial and residential properties. Working predominantly independently, this role demands reliable expertise in a variety of trades including painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and equipment installation. Frequent travel between job sites and proficient use of power tools and standard hand tools are essential components of this position.
Experience is a MUST in: Drywall Repair, Painting, Electrical Diagnostics/ Repairs, Plumbing, New Installations, Fixture Replacement (fans, Faucets, lighting, Furniture Assembly, and Carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Perform painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs and installations
- Maintain and enhance landscaping on residential and commercial properties
- Install equipment and fixtures as required
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with a small team to complete multi-faceted maintenance projects
- Travel frequently between various job sites to provide timely services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handyman services
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven skills in plumbing and electrical repair
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
