Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, children and families
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current LCSW-C, LCPC license in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Affirming and inclusive clinical approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
Salary : $83,000 - $90,000
